2. What is Computer ?
computer is an electronic device that is helps in making arithmetical and logical calculations in any field .compute is made of two basic thinks one is hardware and another one is software.
3. What is Software ?
software is a sets of instruction, data and programs used to operate computers and execute specific task. This is in contrast to physical hardware, from which the system is built and actual performs the work. Software is a generic term used to refer to applications, script and programs that run on a PCs.
Ex:- C, C++,HTML , java ,CSS, PHP, jQuery etc
4. What is Hardware ?
Hardware is a physical part of a computer system or electronic device, we can touch and feel.Hardware has its digital circuit as shown computer software. The hardware of a computer rarely changes as compared to computer software and hardware data.
Ex:- Monitor, mouse, keyboard, CPU, Motherboard, Memory, pen drive etc

A. Super computer
The most powerful computers and fastest computer in terms of performance and data processing are the Supercomputers. These are specialized and task specific computers.
Uses of supercomputer
Used by large organizations. These computers are used for research and exploration purposes, like DRDO, Earthquake Studies,Weather Forecasting, Nuclear Weapons Testing, NASA uses supercomputers for launching space shuttles, satellite controlling them and for space exploration purpose.
Size of supercomputers
The supercomputers are very expensive and very large in size. It can be accommodated in large air-conditioned rooms; some super computers can span an entire building.
Ex:- 1.IBM's Sequoia, in United States

3.Fujitsu's K computer in Japan

B. Mainframe computer
Mainframes are not as powerful as supercomputers, but certainly they are quite expensive nonetheless. Super-computers are the fastest computers with large data storage capacity, Mainframes can also process & store large amount of data.
Uses of mainframe computer
many large firms & government organizations uses Mainframes to run their business operations,like Banks, educational institutions and insurance companies use mainframe computers to store data about their customers, students & insurance policy holders etc.

Size of mainframe computer
The mainframe computer in physical sized computer that covers about 1000 Sq feet to 2000 Sq feet.The Mainframe computers can be accommodated in large air-conditioned rooms because of its size.

C. Minicomputer
Minicomputers are also called as “Midrange Computers”. It can be accommodated on a disk with not as processing and data storage capabilities as super-computers & Mainframes.
It is also multiple user computer and supports more than dozen of people at a time.
Use of mini computer
It is also used in University, middle range business organisation to process complex data. It is also used in scientific research, instrumentation system, engineering analysis, industrial process monitoring and control etc.
Size of minicomputer
The minicomputer are medium size computer or small machines.These are popular as middle ranged computer.These are popular among students, professional and home users due to small size, low price and maintenance.
Ex:- Language, multimedia, graphics, 3D graphics and games,
IBM Midrange computers,K-202, SDS-92 etc.

D. Microcomputer
Desktop computer, laptops, personal digital assistant, tablets and smartphones are all type of microcomputers.micro computer are design for general purpose use.
Use of microcomputer
The Micro-computers are specially designed for general usage like entertainment, education and work purposes.The micro computers are widely used and the fastest growing computers.
Size of micro computer
The size of micro computer is medium and small as required we designed.The size of microcomputer are less then mini,mainframe computer.
Ex:- Apple, Dell , hp, Sony, Samsung, Toshiba Lenovo etc
